Manufacturing Facility
Objective
Expand biologic facility in Canada for
production of flu vaccines. The
expansion is to be carried out in phases
to support a three-fold increase in
production capacity.
Capabilities
The expansion project includes expansion
of the building footprint along with
renovation of existing building areas,
and additions/modifications to parking
and landscaping. Production facilities
include purification, formulation,
filling/finishing, and packaging.
Support systems include SIP/CIP systems,
and modifications to existing clean
steam and WFI systems. The facility is
designed to EU Classifications B, C, and
D (FDA Class 10,000 and 100,000).
